Job summary

Kingston Plantation Condos in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to uphold the physical function of guest rooms, public spaces and back-of-the-house areas. You will perform carpentry, plumbing, electric, painting, HVAC and masonry repairs, inspect spaces, and manage preventative maintenance including golf carts.

First shift, part-time year‑round, weekends and holidays required. We value reliability and teamwork; you will document repairs and coordinate with other departments.

Qualifications

• 1 year maintenance technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC and masonry.
• Inspects guestrooms, public space and back-of-house areas for repairs or touch-ups.
• Maintains records of repairs and notes areas needing attention.
• May service and repair golf carts as part of preventive maintenance.
• Supports the preventive maintenance program and teamwork across departments.
