Home2 Suites by Hilton Tuscaloosa Downtown is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and ensure safe, reliable operations across our hotel. This full-time role supports AC Hotel Tuscaloosa Downtown and requires flexibility including weekends and holidays.

You will be responsible for maintaining facilities, supervising maintenance staff, and ensuring adherence to safety procedures while delivering quality service in a hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in maintenance supervision.
• Basic reading and writing skills in English.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders, working at heights up to 25 feet.
• Knowledge of general safe operating procedures.
• Skilled in using electrical testing instruments.
• Flexible schedule required including weekends and holidays.

• Visual ability in order to identify and locate existing problem.
