Qualifications

• Proven experience in general maintenance and facility painting, preferably in hospitality or commercial environments.
• Strong knowledge of surface preparation and finishing techniques.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Skillfully perform painting of both interior and exterior spaces.
• Conduct routine maintenance including touch-ups, wall repairs, and minor plumbing tasks.
• Collaborate with operations and events teams to address maintenance needs.
