Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Property Operations (Maintenance) Supervisor in Houston, TX to lead daily facility maintenance, ensure safety and functionality, and respond to guest and staff requests. The role involves supervising a maintenance team, conducting preventive inspections, and coordinating across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry tasks.

The ideal candidate will uphold high standards of guest wellbeing, regulatory compliance, and service excellence within Hilton’s hospitality

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising facility maintenance to ensure safety and functionality.
• Ability to respond to guest and team member work orders and emergencies.
• Proficiency in overseeing maintenance tasks across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
• Experience training, scheduling, and evaluating a maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily facility maintenance to ensure safety and functionality of buildings, systems and grounds.
• Respond to service requests and emergencies related to non-functioning machinery or equipment.
• Perform repairs across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
• Lead and develop the property operations team through training, scheduling, and evaluation.
• Uphold safety and loss prevention regulations and ensure guest and staff wellbeing.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and address identified needs.
• Document inspections and repairs and flag issues for follow-up.
