Wellness Ridge Homeowners in Clermont, FL, is seeking a full-time Maintenance/Houseman to support daily repairs and upkeep of offices, public spaces, restrooms, grounds and other areas. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, reliable, and able to work in a hospitality-focused property environment.

The role involves basic electrical, mechanical, and general building maintenance tasks, with opportunities to grow within Troon.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Building maintenance experience preferred.
• Wednesday through Saturday.

Responsabilités

• Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas of the operation including electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects.
• Maintains cleanliness of exterior and interior areas, including trash, sweeping, vacuuming, and arranging furniture.
• Identify and report supply needs to supervisor.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.
