Cambria Hotel Templeton-Paso Robles in Templeton, CA is seeking a part-time General Maintenance Engineer to handle corrective, preventative and emergency maintenance for the property. You will respond to guest repair requests, inspect and service MEP systems, and coordinate with staff to minimize downtime.

The role requires hands-on ability with hand and power tools, blueprint reading, and a customer service mindset to ensure guest satisfaction in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or property maintenance is preferred.
• Knowledge of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and prioritize tasks.
• Perform preventive maintenance on guest rooms and public areas.
• Inspect and operate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Maintain inventory and requisition parts as needed.
• Communicate daily activities and issues across shifts using standard methods.
