Qualifications

• Experience maintaining hotels, restaurants, commercial properties, or buildings.
• Knowledge of multiple building systems and common repair practices.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with good judgment on when to call a licensed pro.
• Hands-on, solution-focused approach and ability to work independently.
• Good communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools and handle physical duties.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, or urgent issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and daily repairs around the property.
