Lola's on the Water is looking for a hands-on General Maintenance Engineer who takes ownership of keeping a busy hospitality property safe, functional, and guest-ready. From preventive maintenance to everyday repairs, you'll be the person helping make sure the things guests never think about simply work the way they should.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Performing preventive maintenance and day-to-day repairs throughout the restaurant and property.
• Troubleshooting basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, carpentry, painting, and equipment issues within your training and authorization.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests and prioritizing issues affecting guests, safety, or operations.
• Conducting routine property inspections and identifying problems before they become larger repairs.
• Maintaining tools, equipment, maintenance areas, and parts inventory in an organized manner.
• Coordinating with managers and outside vendors when specialized service is required.
• Completing maintenance records as required and following all safety procedures.
• Helping keep the property looking sharp, functioning properly, and ready for guests every day.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Previous hotel, restaurant, commercial property, or building maintenance experience preferred.
