Two years of hotel maintenance experience are preferred. The job requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and the ability to perform hands-on repairs.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry knowledge
• Experience in hotel maintenance preferred
• Ability to read and follow maintenance instructions

Responsibilities

• Oversees grounds, public areas, and guest rooms
• Performs preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns
• Repairs, paints, and maintains electrical and HVAC systems
• Responds to orders promptly and completes work orders
• Completes daily rounds and reports issues
