Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic Maintenance Engineer to join our team and help sustain the guest experience across hotel facilities. This hands-on role will supervise preventative maintenance, respond to service orders, and ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Basic math and numerical aptitude for daily tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with guests and team.
• Strong time management and prioritization for maintenance tasks.
• Ability to deliver high levels of guest service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversees property grounds, public areas and guest rooms.
• Performs preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
• Repairs electrical fixtures and maintains HVAC systems.
• Inspects fixtures, lighting, signs and maintains spare parts inventory.
• Responds promptly to maintenance orders and requests.
• Fulfills work orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Completes daily rounds and reports issues or safety concerns.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
