The role requires a minimum of 2 years in management within a high-volume setting, strong leadership, and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
• Solid track record of upward career progression.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant floor presence and engage with guests.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and training programs.
• Achieve sales, service, quality and sanitation objectives.
• Control cash and reconcile receipts per restaurant policies.
• Schedule labor to meet business needs while controlling costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and labor regulations.
