Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a restaurant, hotel, club, senior living community, or similar hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Organized, flexible, and solution-focused approach. Hospitality or restaurant management education preferred.
