Job summary

Seabury at Pomperaug Woods is seeking a Part-Time Dietary Aide to join our Food & Beverage team in Southbury, CT. You’ll help prepare therapeutic meals, assist residents in Memory Care, and support a warm, respectful dining experience guided by CARES values.

Responsibilities include setting up dining areas, transporting meals and supplies, stocking dining spaces, and keeping areas clean and safe. Ideal candidates have prior food service experience, teamwork, reliability, and a patient,

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Previous food service experience is preferred (healthcare or senior living experience is a plus)
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
• Compassion and patience when working with older adults
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
