Job summary

Homewood Suites Milford, part of MCR Hotels, is seeking a Laundry Attendant. You will handle linen processing, folding, and stocking, ensuring clean, organized back-of-house areas and timely service for guests.

Ideal candidates are 18+, able to work varied shifts, and comfortable following guidelines while maintaining a friendly, guest-centric approach in a fast-paced hotel environment in Milford, Ohio.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing work preferred.
• Can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to work well under pace and pressure.
• Effective listening and conflict resolution with guests and coworkers.
• Clear communication skills.
• Desire to serve guests and provide hospitality.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Timely clock-in/out and adherence to schedule; no working off the clock.

Responsibilities

• Linen Processing: collects, transports, sorts, weighs, loads/unloads washers and dryers, folds and delivers linens.
• Linen Cleaning & Folding: wash/dry dirty linens, sort, stock linen carts.
• Equipment Operation: operate washing machines; clean filters and maintain equipment.
• Laundry Facility Cleanliness: sweep/mop floors, stock linen closets, keep back-of-house clean.
• Chemical Management: replace and replenish cleaning chemicals.
