Innisfree Hotels is hiring a Laundry Attendant at Holiday Inn Resort Surfside Beach. The role involves washing, folding, and restocking linens for the hotel in a timely, organized manner, with a focus on cleanliness and safety.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of housekeeping or laundry experience in hospitality, be a team player, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a part-time, on-site position at Surfside Beach, SC.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping or laundry experience in hospitality preferred.
• Experience in team management preferred.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, or scheduled instructions.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to communicate with guests and teammates.
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
• Team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Wash, fold, and restock the hotel’s laundry in a timely, organized manner.
• Keep laundry area clean and equipment in good working order.
• Coordinate linen distribution among departments and guest rooms.
• Handle Lost and Found items per company standards.
• Address guest complaints quickly and accurately.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and maintain safety.
• Assist with maintenance requests and report issues as needed.
