Job summary

Thrive Restaurant Group is seeking a General Utility/Dishwasher to maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, plate ware and utensils, ensuring cleanliness, sanitation and order. You’ll assist in food prep and be cross-trained in all kitchen roles as part of the Kitchen Team.

Responsibilities include dishwashing, basic prep, trash removal, and maintaining clean work spaces in a fast-paced, family-oriented setting. This role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• A desire to care for others, grow, and learn.
• A positive attitude.
• Transports cases up to 50 pounds up to 20 times per day.
• Works indoors (90%), outdoors (10%).

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and pre-rinses food from dirty dishes and uses the dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays by hand and/or machine.
• Completes all assigned prep work.
• Removes trash and garbage to dumpster area.
• Washes work area tables, walls, and equipment.
• Cleans garbage cans and trash receptacles.
• Assembles, maintains and breaks down the dish machine.
