Job summary

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communications are required.
• Understanding and knowledge of the Hospitality Industry is preferred.
• Administrative skills to include invoice processing and accounts payable.

Responsibilities

• Counts, Tracks and Stocks inventory based on established PAR levels.
• Orders inventory as needed.
• Monitors for theft and other shortages.
• Enter inventory levels and changes into computer system.
• Verifies orders and packing slips for accuracy and contacts vendors with discrepancies.
• Prepares and processes invoices for payment and tracks ageing.
• Maintains files of accounting information and vendor documents.
• Cooperates with managers to ensure monthly invoicing and payments.
