Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional interior design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is required.
• Strong space planning and furniture layout skills.
• Experience developing design concepts, presentations, and finish/material selections.
• Ability to produce and review detailed construction drawings.
• Knowledge of FF&E, specifications, and vendor coordination.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and manage deadlines.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with designers, architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
• Hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or luxury residential experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and develop interior design concepts.
• Prepare floor plans, furniture plans, elevations, and design details.
• Create 3D models and presentations in SketchUp.
• Produce and coordinate AutoCAD drawing packages.
• Research and source furniture, lighting, finishes, materials, and accessories.
• Coordinate with vendors and consultants.
• Review shop drawings and submittals.
• Assist with project installations and site coordination as needed.
• Maintain project schedules and design documentation.
