Woolpert, Inc. seeks an Interior Designer to join our Hospitality-focused Interiors discipline. You will lead design development, space planning, and FF&E coordination for hotels, resorts, restaurants, lounges, and other guest spaces.

The role involves collaborating with architects, project managers, vendors, and fabricators across all project phases. Ideal candidates balance technical rigor with creative leadership, guiding junior designers and contributing to design standards while aligning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in interior architecture or interior design (or equivalent).
• NCIDQ certification is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with design and modeling software (Revit, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite) and strong documentation/presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee specific technical aspects of interior projects from design through documentation.
• Provide leadership during planning and execution phases, supporting design intent and outcomes.
• Mentor junior designers and manage portions of project teams as needed.
• Analyze complex design issues and develop actionable recommendations.
