MasterCorp, Inc. is hiring Houseperson/Runner to support Supervisors and Housekeepers in delivering high-standard hospitality services. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, handling soiled linens, and assisting guests and resort staff.

You will work across assigned units, ensuring timely turnover and safety at each site. Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, and able to perform physical tasks, lift up to 75 pounds, and work irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisors and Housekeepers to meet quality and timeliness standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage closets.
• Strip units of soiled linens and remove trash.
• Deliver linen and supply bags to units and walk buildings to ensure cleanliness.
• Report maintenance issues and lost and found items as directed.
• Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office.
• Assist in solving guest complaints promptly and create positive guest relations.
• Make guest deliveries and assist resort guests and owners as needed.
• Maintain urgency to turn units on time and manage linen inventories.
