Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is hiring Houseperson/Runner to support Supervisors and Housekeepers in delivering top-tier hospitality services. This role includes stocking, cleaning, linen handling, and guest assistance across assigned resort properties.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and hard-working individuals who are passionate about hospitality and exceptional service.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds (with or without accommodations).
• Willing to work irregular hours and have a valid driver’s license for certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support Supervisors and Housekeepers to meet quality and timeliness standards.
• Stock and maintain cleanliness and organization of storage closets.
• Strip units of soiled linens and remove linens and trash from units.
• Deliver linen and supply bags to units; walk buildings to ensure cleanliness.
• Report maintenance issues per company procedure and lost and found items to Executive Housekeeper.
• Move furniture as directed and assist resort guests and owners as needed.
