Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is hiring a Houseperson/Runner to support Supervisors and Housekeepers in delivering timely and high-quality housekeeping services at our hospitality properties. You will handle linen logistics, trash removal, and on-site guest-related tasks with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. A valid driver’s license may be required for certain locations with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 75 pounds (with or without accommodations).
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Willing to work variable hours, including weekends.
• Valid driver's license may be required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Stock and maintain cleanliness and organization of storage closets.
• Strip units of soiled linens and remove linens and trash.
• Make linen and supply bags and deliver them to units.
• Walk all assigned buildings to ensure cleanliness and linen supply.
• Report maintenance issues and lost and found items.
• Support Supervisors and Housekeepers to ensure timely turnover.
