Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is hiring Houseperson/Runner to support Supervisors and Housekeepers in delivering exceptional hospitality service.

The role involves maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, moving linen, and assisting in daily operations across resort properties. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work flexible hours; a valid driver’s license may be required for certain locations.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds (with or without accommodation).
• Ability to make decisions and plan/schedule tasks.
• Ability to read, write and do basic math.
• Punctuality and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work irregular hours and learn new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standard of cleanliness and organization in storage closets.
• Stock and maintain linens and supplies.
• Assist in stripping units of soiled linens and remove trash.
• Deliver linen and supply bags to units and walk floors to ensure cleanliness.
• Report maintenance issues and lost and found items per procedures.
• Assist in linen inventories and guest services as directed.
• Ensure safety at each site and assist in site operations as needed.
