Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is hiring Houseperson/Runner to support Supervisors and Housekeepers across the resort properties. You will maintain cleanliness, stock and deliver linen, and assist in site operations to ensure timely turnover of units.

We seek friendly, hard-working individuals with strong work ethic and guest-focused service. This role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, flexibility in hours, and a valid driver's license for certain locations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 75 pounds (with or without accommodation).
• Ability to make decisions and plan/schedule work.
• Ability to read, write and do basic math.
• Punctual and reliable with strong work ethic.
• Willing to work irregular hours and assist in site operations.

Responsibilities

• Support Supervisors and Housekeepers to meet quality and timeliness standards.
• Stock, clean and organize storage closets.
• Deliver linen and supplies to units and maintain cleanliness.
• Move furnishings as directed and report maintenance issues.
• Assist in guest and resort guest deliveries and resolve complaints promptly.
