Chicago Marriott Naperville is seeking a dedicated Houseperson to support the housekeeping team in delivering exceptional guest experiences in Naperville, IL. You will help stock rooms, corridors, and back-of-house areas to ensure smooth operations and top-notch cleanliness.

The role requires physical stamina, clear communication, and the ability to stand for long periods while assisting with luggage, supplies, and VIP room setups as needed.

Competenze

• 6+ months housekeeping experience in a hotel environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.

Mansioni

• Deliver clean linens, towels, amenities, and supplies to guest rooms and housekeeping carts.
• Remove soiled linens, trash, and guest room items as directed.
• Assist room attendants with heavy or large items, such as luggage or furniture.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, storage areas, and supply rooms in a neat and organized manner.
• Ensure guest floors, corridors, and service areas are free of obstacles and hazards.
• Restock housekeeping closets with necessary cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities.
• Assist in cleaning public areas, back-of-house spaces, or other areas as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor promptly.
• Support special projects such as deep cleaning, room setup for VIPs, or hotel events.
• Wash and polish water glasses for guest rooms.
