Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Houseperson/Runner to support Supervisors and Housekeepers and ensure high-quality, timely service across our resort properties. You will help maintain linen stock and assist in delivering linens and supplies to guest areas.

The role emphasizes speed, safety, and a strong work ethic. Candidates should be able to lift 75 pounds, handle irregular hours, and communicate clearly with guests and team members. We offer paid training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 75 pounds (with or without accommodation).
• Ability to read, write and do basic math.
• Valid driver's license may be required for certain locations.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and hard-working.
• Willing to work irregular hours.
• Commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in storage areas.
• Stock and maintain cleanliness and organization of storage closets.
• Strip units of soiled linens and remove trash as directed.
• Deliver linen and supply bags to units.
• Move furniture as directed and ensure a safe working environment.
• Report maintenance issues and lost and found items to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Create strong, positive customer relations and assist resort guests and owners.
