We value prior cleaning experience, excellent communication, and strong attention to detail. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Prolonged standing and walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, ascending, reaching, pushing, pulling, or lifting.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, ensuring they meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas, including restrooms and hallways.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately, following cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, delivering exceptional service.
• Report any safety hazards or guest concerns to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
