InTown Suites Garner NC seeks a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming guest rooms and common areas. You will perform routine and deep cleaning, restock supplies, and uphold our cleanliness standards to ensure guest satisfaction and readiness for occupancy.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping and laundry procedures and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
• Ability to clean the minimum required rooms per shift.
• Capability to scrub and scour surfaces and handle cleaning tasks in various positions.
• Willingness to perform a variety of housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Ability to visually inspect cleanliness and presentation of rooms and areas.
• Ability to manage multiple activities under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to standard operating procedures.
• Remove trash from guest rooms and surrounding areas.
• Ensure hotel areas meet company standards even when not assigned a cleaning area.
• Clean bathrooms including tub, toilet, sinks, and fixtures.
• Clean kitchen/dining areas and surfaces.
• Vacuum and wash floors as per SOPs.
• Dust and polish furnishings and appliances.
• Maintain exterior appearance of rooms and windows.
• Notify supervisor about room readiness and guest concerns.
• Restock housekeeping carts and operate equipment per SOPs.
• Report safety or security violations promptly.
