InTown Suites is seeking a Housekeeper in High Point, NC to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for guests. You will clean guest rooms, hallways, laundry areas, and common spaces, ensuring standards are met and rooms are ready for occupancy.

Follow procedures, restock supplies, and operate housekeeping equipment while delivering courteous guest service and attention to detail. This role supports our mission to provide comfortable accommodations for every guest.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping and laundry procedures
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Ability to clean required rooms per shift
• Physical ability to scrub, lift and move supplies

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to SOPs
• Remove trash and debris from rooms and areas
• Ensure hotel areas meet company standards
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, floors and furnishings
• Restock housekeeping supplies and maintain carts
