Qualifications

• Previous host/hostess or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude upon arrival.
• Maintain an organized reservation system via phone and online platforms.
• Coordinate seating and balance guest preferences with server availability.
• Manage waitlists, provide estimated wait times, and offer alternatives.
• Provide guests with menus, daily specials, and promotions.
• Communicate table availability and guest needs to servers and kitchen staff.
• Keep host stand and waiting area clean and well-organized.
• Bid guests farewell and collect feedback at departure.
