• Able to stand for long periods and lift/move trays of food when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Greet every Guest with a warm welcome.
• Manage the wait list and communicate wait times.
• Direct calls and respond to Guest concerns by management when appropriate.
• Answer phone within three rings and direct calls as needed.
• Assist fellow Team Members to ensure smooth service.
• Help maintain a safe and welcoming dining environment.
