Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and hospitality.
• Support studio operations during each shift and balance client needs.
• Proactively resolve client issues with timely follow-up.
• Proficiently manage Zenoti bookings to drive revenue and schedule priorities.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory controls across the studio.
