The role requires at least 2 years in a busy restaurant, fluent English, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior related experience is strongly preferred, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Fluent English required for clear communication with guests and team.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous related experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, lead them to tables, and present menus.
• Answer incoming calls and assist guests as needed.
• Create floor charts and assign servers to sections as directed by managers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
• Collaborate with management to ensure guest satisfaction and timely service.
• Communicate with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Relay reservations and large party details to bussers, wait staff, and kitchen staff.
• Assist bartenders in day-to-day bar operations and follow FOH SOPs.
