Job summary

The Ride Platform, operating Outdoorsy Hill Country, is seeking a detail-oriented Grounds & Maintenance Associate to join our team and help us maintain a pristine, functional, and welcoming environment for all our guests.

This full-time role reports directly to the Facilities Manager. Responsibilities include inventory management, facilities upkeep, equipment operation, pool care, guest relations, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in gardening and general property maintenance.
• Knowledge of tools and machinery used in groundskeeping.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Inventory & Supply Management: Maintain inventory and records, gather estimates and requisitions.
• Facilities & Property Maintenance: Diagnose malfunctions and conduct periodic inspections.
• Equipment Operation: Operate lawnmowers, chainsaws and other maintenance equipment safely.
• Technical & Mechanical Repairs: Perform HVAC, plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry repairs.
• General Handyman Services: Replace lightbulbs, fix fixtures, patch walls, change locks, paint.
• Groundskeeping & Cleanliness: Daily exterior cleaning and upkeep of common areas.
• Pool Care & Maintenance: Clean and maintain pool; log chemicals.
• Guest Relations: Provide professional, courteous guest service.
• Additional Support: Adapt to changing needs and perform other duties.
