Andy B’s in Oklahoma City is seeking a General Manager to lead operations and deliver a top-notch guest experience. The GM trains, coaches, and works with department managers to ensure teams provide memorable service at every visit.

You will hire, develop, and schedule staff, manage labor costs, uphold SOPs, and maximize financial performance while fostering community relations and promoting the Andy B’s brand.

Qualificações

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service and/or hospitality management.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to display a high degree of judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Ability to frequently lift to 20 lbs.; occasionally to 40 lbs.
• Excellent time management, communication, and organization skills.
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and lead a team.
• Successful completion of food handling and alcohol certifications required by local and state governments within first 90 days of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Uphold company operations standards to ensure optimal safety and satisfaction for guests and team members.
• Interact with guests to ensure the best guest experience.
• Develop and coach team leads to cultivate team member engagement and buy-in.
• Collaborate with team leads to ensure adequate staffing and sustainable labor costs.
• Oversee all hiring, training, and development.
• Lead by example, delegate responsibilities, and hold team leads accountable.
• Maximize in-center revenue, minimize COGS, and meet labor cost targets.
• Collaborate with leadership and Home Office staff to improve operations, guest experience, and team engagement.
• Foster relationships within the community and promote the Andy B’s brand
• Other duties as assigned.
