Homegrown Hospitality Group is seeking a General Manager to lead one of our premier restaurants in South Carolina. You will oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and mentor a diverse team across front and back of house.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of GM experience in a high-volume, upscale setting, with strong financial acumen to manage P&L and grow the business. A passion for hospitality and teamwork is essential to thrive in our culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as General Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate staff.
• Strong financial acumen and P&L management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the entire restaurant.
• Collaborate with all managers to ensure team and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop staff daily to grow their careers.
• Analyze restaurant finances to improve performance and boost sales and foot traffic.
• Create action plans and goals for the management team.
• Oversee inventories and scheduling; write fair manager schedules.
• Host guests daily to deliver memorable experiences.
• Embrace teamwork and participate in staff meetings.
