Clarendale Clayton is seeking a hospitality-focused Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role involves performing housekeeping and laundry functions throughout the community while handling general maintenance tasks.

The position offers a full-time schedule, Monday–Friday with rotating weekends, and starts at $28.00 per hour. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, minor repairs, painting, and assisting with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and equipment as needed.

Aufgaben

• Perform general maintenance duties including plumbing, minor electrical work and appliance repairs.
• Receive service requests and respond in a timely manner.
• Perform painting and refurbishing projects as directed by supervisor.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance as directed by supervisor.
• Perform minor building and equipment repairs.
• Complete all work in the order of priority set by supervisor.
• Assist during winter with snow removal as necessary.
• Maintain fountains, pumping and filtration systems where appropriate.
• Maintain irrigation system (valves, timers, nozzles).
• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles assigned.
• Maintain all tools, equipment and supplies in proper condition.
• Assist with heating, air conditioning, domestic water systems, refrigeration systems, pumps, motors, fans and electrical systems when qualified.
• Maintain exterior and interior of all buildings.
• Support creating a hospitality-focused culture that drives top-line revenue and occupancy.
