The Arlington in Naples, FL is seeking a hospitality-focused LPN (PT Nights) to join our team. This role provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises Certified Nurse Aides, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care in a hospitality-driven environment.

The position starts at $35/hour and requires an active Florida nursing license; you should be prepared to respond to emergencies and contribute to a culture of hospitality that puts residents first.

Qualifications

• Current Florida nursing license is required.
• Willingness to be available for emergencies across the community.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and promote independent life-style.
• Identify resident medical/behavioral changes and develop and monitor care plans with re-assessments.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services about conditions, staff performance, resident needs and supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and established standards and policies.
• Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive care.
