• Preferred three years hands-on experience with G/L, A/P, A/R, and financial statement preparation.

• Prepares journal entries, supporting schedules, and financial statements.
• Maintains bank account records and monitors cash balances.
• Organizes the accounting department for proper recordkeeping.
• Coordinates year-end audit activities and reconciles accounts.
• Prepares and updates fixed asset and depreciation schedules.
• Oversees Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.

Microsoft Office experience

General computer experience

Knowledge of GAAP

Hands-on experience with G/L, A/P, A/R
