Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of hospitality. You will greet guests, prepare and serve fresh items, and help keep the bakery-cafe inviting and efficient. Join a team dedicated to warm, friendly service and great food across our local communities.

You’ll participate in a fast-paced environment, supporting daily operations, handling multiple roles, and maintaining standards that ensure guests receive Panera warmth with every visit.

Qualifications

• Age 16+ and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Clear communication with guests and team in a loud environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Handler's Card or training as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm and provide excellent service.
• Work across areas like Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, and Drive-Thru.
• Assemble salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment following food safety standards.
• Support team by stocking and assisting with shift change preparations.
