Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+ and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Clear communication with guests, managers, and team members in a loud environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to make guests smile.
• Fast-paced environment; ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible for varied shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Assist with various bakery-cafe areas (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, etc.).
• Prepare salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and accuracy.
• Attend to guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas; move with speed and courtesy.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and food-handling standards throughout shifts.
• Support team by completing cleaning, stocking duties and setting up next shift.
