Job summary

Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay is seeking a Finance Coordinator to support Engineering and Finance administrative duties, including PO creation, invoice processing, records management, and payroll assistance.

You will contribute to accurate financial operations and compliance while supporting energy management and capital expenditure tracking in a fast-paced hospitality environment at the Tampa Bay property.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word,Excel,Outlook,Powerpoint etc.)
• Must have strong organizational skills
• Must be detailed oriented and have strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Create and submit purchase orders; maintain department checkbook and payment tracking.
• Process invoices and reconcile vendor statements.
• Maintain digital records including contracts, insurance certificates, inspections, and capital expenditures.
• Track and update hotel licenses and permits.
• Enter data and prepare energy management reports.
• Prepare and assist with productivity reports.
• Assist with Engineering payroll and FF&E commitments in iCAPS.
• Maintain and manage hotel audit packages.
