Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in hospitality finance.
• Extensive knowledge of accounting software and financial controls; proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgeting and forecasting across operating and capital budgets.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting: payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Manage month-end closings and external financial reporting.
• Provide strategic financial analysis for senior management and ad hoc forecasting.
• Coordinate with outside auditors to complete annual audit and issue statements.
• Hire, train, and retain finance staff.
