Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise accounting functions including AR, AP, payroll and audits.
• Plan financial procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Approve hotel purchases within budgetary guidelines.
• Prepare financial analyses, forecasts, and variance reports.
• Oversee cash handling and finance operations.
• Produce reports on income, expenses, and earnings.
• Coordinate audits and reconcile operating bank accounts.
• Train staff on interpreting budgets and P&L statements.
• Manage HR processes, benefits, and disciplinary actions.
