Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Director of Finance to lead all financial and accounting activities at the facility, directing budgeting, reporting, audits, and compliance. The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of controls in a live-events environment.

Based on site in Lubbock, TX, you will oversee daily finance operations, partner with senior management, and drive financial strategy to support Legends Global’s venue and events portfolio.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting/finance and supervisory experience.
• Experience with budgeting, reporting, and audits.
• Familiarity with financial controls and statutes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and direct budgeting, payroll, and financial management at the facility.
• Monitor compliance with the management contract and risk management.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and annual reports.
• Oversee accounting records, ledgers, and financial controls.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and year-end reporting.
