The role emphasizes hands-on accounting, budgeting, payroll coordination, month-end close, and insightful reporting using Excel and internal systems to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or hospitality finance.
• Background in hospitality, hotels, catering, or food & beverage environments preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working with Excel, reporting tools, and new systems.
• Hands-on, team-oriented, and operationally focused.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with leadership teams to support operational and financial performance.
• Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Track labor and food & beverage costs and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist with month-end processes, payroll, AP/AR, and reporting functions.
• Use Excel and internal systems to provide insights and support business decisions.
