A growing hospitality company in Miami seeks a high-impact Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager ready to evolve into a Controller role. This full-time position involves overseeing the accounting lifecycle across multiple entities and financial strategy with a focus on operational performance and long-term growth. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred, and experience in multi-entity environments. The role requires effective leadership and the ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders. Occasional travel to support ongoing oversight will be expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including P&L ownership.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with team development.
• Strong command of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting lifecycle across multiple entities.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
