The role emphasizes ownership of preventative maintenance and facility improvements to sustain high service standards. You will collaborate with operations to deliver reliable infrastructure, manage budgets, and drive career growth within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years hotel/institutional HVAC systems experience preferred.
• Refrigeration, HVAC certification or journeyman level experience.
• 3–5 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, emergency and preventive maintenance systems.
• Good administrative and computer skills; able to communicate with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to oversee repair, upkeep and improvement of the property.
• Ensure all systems and equipment operate safely and efficiently for guest comfort.
