Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager in Arlington, VA, to lead onsite experience programs and champion employee satisfaction across multiple locations.

You will partner with Facilities Management, Design & Construction, Occupancy Planning, technology, events, and other teams to implement programs, analyze feedback, and drive hospitality-focused service excellence for employees, guests, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years in workplace experience, hospitality, or related fields.
• Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience using customer feedback, analytics, and metrics to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for junior staff across multiple locations.
• Lead workplace experience programs with cross-functional teams.
• Act as advocate for employees and foster engagement and belonging.
• Deliver high-touch service to executives and key stakeholders, building strong relationships.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
