Job summary

PF Chang's China Bistro is seeking dine-in servers to join our team in Texas. No prior experience required; we will train you to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

You will guide guests through the dining experience, answer menu questions, and handle orders and payments while maintaining high standards of sanitation and customer service. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and meal discounts.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and answer questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving orders and processing payments.
• Understanding seating layout and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
